Who Is Scotty Russell
I was born in Detroit Michigan and from a young age I was taught the essential skills for success in manufacturing. Welding, machining, fabrication, rigging, and electrical troubleshooting. These skills became my foundation, igniting a life long passion for understanding and fixing things. In my garage, I constantly tinkered with cars motorcycles and electronics.
After graduating for Davis Aero-Space Tech center I dove headfirst into machining and worked for a couple local machine shops. Soon I found myself craving bigger challenges, which led me to make a life changing decision - I joined the Air Force. Little did I know that that choice would not only enhance my technical skills but also instill invaluable qualities such as leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to personal growth.
From The Air Force To Manufacturing Giants
My time in the military, working on Minute Man nuclear missiles, was an awe-inspiring experience. It provided me me with invaluable lessons in teamwork, leadership and personal growth.
Following my time in the Air Force, I embarked on an incredible journey, working for renowned manufacturing giants. From U.S. Steel and Boeing to SpaceX, General Motors and Owens Corning.
I embraced opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge on a grand scale. Each experience deepened my understanding of the industry and broadened my horizons.
During my time with these illustrious companies, I contributed to groundbreaking projects, witnessed technological advancements, and collaborated with exceptional teams of professionals. This rich tapestry of experiences further fueled my passion for blue-collar excellence and inspired me to seek avenues for personal and professional development.

Today, as a John Maxwell certified speaker, coach and trainer, I have dedicated myself to helping others grow their careers. I lead a team of professionals who share my passion for blue-collar excellence. Together, we strive to empower individuals, fostering their professional growth and unlocking their full potential.
