Where it Started....
After over 30 years of working in the manufacturing industry I found myself frustrated with unfulfilled ambitions. Despite my dedication, I faced numerous rejections in pursuit of becoming a skilled trades instructor and lack opportunities to step into leadership roles.
As a millwright in the steel industry, I experienced the value of old-school mentorship and guidance that has seem to vanished. Determined to make a difference, I join the John Maxwell Leadership Team. Now I offer others the leadership and mentorship experiences that transformed my own career.
What I Discovered
Working for esteemed manufacturing companies such as U.S. Steel, General Motors, SpaceX, Boeing and others, I discovered common issues that blue-collar workers face.
One prevalent challenge is the constant pressure to meet demanding production targets while maintaining safety standards. Additionally, the rapid advancements in technology often require workers to adapt and upskill quickly, creating a need for ongoing training and development opportunities.
